As a caretaker at our office in Copenhagen, you will be part of an ambitious service team that ensures that our physical framework always appears presentable and well-functioning. In other words, you will help set the standard for our outward expression. You will be part of an independent and varied everyday life in a professional environment, where you will work from one of Copenhagen's best addresses at Oslo Plads 2.
As a Facility assistant, you will be part of our 6-man Operation and Service team, which includes reception, meeting rooms, events and facility management. In addition, we have a valuable collaboration with Operation & Service at our Aarhus office. We are not looking for a craftsman, but a handy person with service at heart.
Service, hands-on, structure and planning are the core services of the role. We expect you to have a background in or experience from a practical role in the service industry (hotel, restaurant, conference center or similar), so that you already know what is required in the role.
Specific tasks include:
- Minor repairs in the building
- Purchasing and setting up furniture
- Administration of waste schemes
- Setting up workplaces, help with copiers in the event of breakdowns, if necessary
- Relocation of workplaces – including practical assistance with joining and leaving
- Tasks related to ISO 14001 compliance and internal audit
- Maintenance and cleaning of archives
- Creation and delivery of key cards
- Purchase of copy paper and other office supplies
- Maintenance and cleaning of archive room
- Contact and coordination with suppliers and landlords
- Preparation of meeting rooms and conference rooms for larger meetings and seminars
- To ensure that the office and the areas outside the office always appear presentable both externally and internally
- Ad hoc caretaking of shifts in reception, meeting rooms and similar service tasks
- Responsibility for contact with external suppliers and landlords regarding alarms, doors, surveillance, waste, etc.
